1. All personal information pertaining to the client, in relation any order made, is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling an order. All confidential and private information pertaining to the client is guarded by our policy and by law under the privacy act (Privacy act dated 29th August 1997)
    2. The client can access their information in the database of MKWOODLAND at any time to amend details and delete information at the client’s digression. Act on the provision of services rendered electronically (Act dated 18th July 2002)

Upon realisation of any transaction, the client has the right to have any personal details removed from our database, pending a written request.     4. To place an order, the client understands they are obliged to give full and correct information i.e.: full name, address, and contact details.
    5. Upon placing an order, the client will receive confirmation of this order to their nominated email address. MKWOODLAND reserves the right to confirm orders via telephone. In the event the client does not receive email or telephone confirmation of an order, it is possible the order may not be fulfilled.
    6. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and any public holiday will be attended to on the following business day.
    7. All prices on this website are quoted with tax included, and are shown in Polish currency (Polish zloty). Prices do not include shipping, postage and handling.

    11. All payments including postage and handling must be received in full, prior to receipt of goods. In the event you are ordering from Poland, you may also opt to have your goods sent to your nominated address, upon which full payment including postage and handling will be given to the courier once goods are received.
    12. In the event the client orders more than one lamp at any given time, the goods will be sent once the final lamp has been created, unless other terms have been previously discussed and agreed to.
    13. All complaints that cannot be resolved between the client and MKWOODLAND; that cannot be found within our terms and conditions; will be determined by the civil code. Under the act dated 2nd February 2000. Act pertaining to Consumer affairs responsible for – Consumer rights, safety and protection, as well as the vendor’s obligation to consumer safety.

    1. All orders places with MKWOODLAND are sent via courier.
    2. Upon receipt of our products via courier, we ask that clients immediately check the packaging for tampering. In the event the original packaging has been opened or notably damaged, we ask that the customer immediately complete the standard complaint form; of which can be obtained from the courier; and to NOT accept the package. Please contact our offices immediately at MKWOODLAND.
    3. Upon receipt of our products, and in the event the packaging is not in any way damaged or tampered with, we ask that clients open their package in front of the courier to check if the item ordered is in fact the item received, and that the item is in a satisfactory state, and undamaged. If there is evident damage, or the item received is not the item ordered, we ask that the client immediately complete the standard complaint form; of which can be obtained from the courier; and contact our offices immediately. This form is essential to further your complaint, and is the only document required to fulfill your complaint.
    4. In the event the outside packaging is in good condition, however the item inside is damaged, immediately return the item to the courier to be sent to MKWOODLAND. If the item is not returned your complaint can not be taken further.
    5. All items sent by MKWOODLAND are packed in very good condition, and safe for shipping.
    6. If your preferred method of payment is to pay on receipt of item, we ask that full payment for cost of ordered item plus shipping costs be made to the courier. The customer MUST sign the relevant documents once payment is made. Without this signature MKWOODLAND deems the item unpaid.
    7. If you receive a damaged item, please return the item in its original packaging with all additional components (light bulbs, cables and instructions) to MKWOODLAND at the cost of the client. MKWOODLAND reserves the right to inspect the package in question. In the event the item is not in its original packaging and/or all aspects of the lamp are not returned, MKWOODLAND reserves the right to disregard the complaint. The package in question will then be returned to the client, at the clients own cost.
    8. All complaints must include a copy of the original receipt of purchase, along with a description of the damage pertaining to the client’s dissatisfaction.

    1. If upon inspection of the returned item, MKWOODLAND deems the item in a satisfactory and working condition, or if the damage was in fact implemented by the client, all costs will be absorbed by the client, including all shipping costs.
    2. We take pride in all our products. if our products do not meet your expectations or are not satisfactory, the client may return the purchased item within 10 days of receipt, providing the item is not damaged, in its original packaging, and unused.
    3. It is possible to cancel orders placed with MKWOODLAND, providing the client receives telephone confirmation from MKWOODLAND, otherwise cost of shipping to client, and back to MKWOODLAND will be billed to the client.
    4. In the case of returns and/or complaints, cost of postage, handling and shipping are at the expense of the client.
